  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Dear Father, I pray that you bless sister Pam and heal her completely from inoperative cancer, with your power. Help and protect her and her son. Fill their hearts and lives with your peace and joy. Draw them ever nearer to you --through prayer, worship and Bible study. Bless all those who care for them, intercede for them and wish them well. I pray in the most precious name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Amen.

"Happy moments, praise God.
Difficult moments, seek God.
Quiet moments, worship God.
Painful moments, trust God.
Every moment, thank God."     (Anon.)

"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.  He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.  It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.  It has no worries in a year of drought." (Jeremiah 17:7-8)

I pray for Pam and her family. My cousin Mark was recently diagnosed with lung cancer in January. The doctors fear he will not live out the spring. I hope and pray that someday we may find the cure for this devasting disease. Don't worry, Pam! There is always hope! God will provide.
