I have a timely prayer request over a trademark dispute for a ministry God has led me to start. Nobody has done anything illegal nobody owns anything yet just a conflict of interest between two parties. I designed a logo with a name through this logo design company 6 months ago and got my logo copyrighted. But team leader of the logo design company who holds everything together text me and notified me that another party from another state wants to trademark the name I am using for the ministry I have had for several months, it is still in the startup process. So the company was nice enough to provide me free attorney services for this dispute even though they dont usually do that. I just have to pay for the trademarking of course. They provide everything and do the paperwork I don't have to do much. So I talked on three way with the attorney and the design team leader an the attorney told me that I need to also file for a trademark and dispute it and I also provided them with my instagram and youtube channel that uses the name. Of course my ministry is a startup online ministry so I have little to no followers. But I do also own the .com and .org names as well as the original names on youtube and instagram so I am praying that the dispute will be in my favor and for Gods hand to be over it for me, I have also owned the domain names since February of this year!
