Prayers for the suicidal

Hi.

I am a Baha'i. I minister to suicidal teens, youth and adults online and sometimes also call emergency services when necessary.

If anyone would like to say a prayer for the people I work with that would be wonderful.

I also have an interfaith prayer circle I send out specific people to pray for a few times per week, if anyone would care to join that please PM or post your interest to the thread.

Dear Heavenly Father

I pray for the one I know who suffers from suicide ideation. What over him as he travels today. Send Your Holy Spirit and Holy Angels to walk beside him. May all he meets be of Your Holy Spirit. May they minister Your word to his heart. May he be set free of all that ails him. May he have a personal encounter with You and come to know You as his Lord and Saviour. May he know he is loved perfectly and You are his heavenly Father.

I pray for others that suffer from suicidal ideation. Fill their hearts with Your Holy Spirit and let them know they are not alone. Give them hope. May they see themselves as You see them. May they hear Your voice speaking tender words to them. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

So many out there feeling without a purpose. The light can be found in such simple ways. Like finding others that spare a few minutes to To listen.

Faith in God can be restored. But we must work hard on sending that message to those who are blinded by deep sad thoughts.

praying for all those who suffer suicidal ideation and praying they will turn their hearts to You, Lord Jesus, and trust You for salvation. i pray you will comfort them and show them the way out of their troubles, Lord. thank you, Jesus, in your holy name.

Jesus, please also bless this man and his staff who work with hurting teens and adults, that they would be able to make a difference in these peoples' lives, and help them come to faith in You, Lord. thank you, Jesus.
