prayers for the dying

Hello,

I work as a paramedic in the bible belt, so a majority of the patients i see are christian, and I know demographically baptists are the largest denomination in the state. I am a different religion and am not very familiar with christian prayers or scripture. There have been a number of occasions where i've had a patient whom is dying, in a bad way, or even just very scared ask to pray with me. I was hoping someone could tell me some good prayers or bible verses I could memorize so I can say them with patients who ask to pray with me in the ambulance.

One can just say the truth: Receiving the Lord Jesus into your heart in devotion as your Savior and Lord is what one needs; and the Lord Jesus saves all who receives Him; and just call upon the Lord Jesus to save you.
