Prayers for my son

In less than twelve hours my son's entire world is going to be brought crashing down around him. I can't go into details but the base reason is the public school system has failed him to a degree I would have thought unimaginable. He is autistic, and as such he is desperate for friendship and acceptance. Consequently he is an easy target for manipulation.

My son's name is Donnie, and he needs all the help he can get. I would gladly lay down my life if it meant he could avoid the turmoil about to be put into his, and just be happy.

I pray in the name of Jesus God will look down upon him and have mercy. I pray for the strength to see this through. We have no choice but to go forward. I just want my son to survive the trip, and find the peace he deserves.

I am an Aspie and know the troubles of making friends in school, starting from elementary school to High school. I made a few friends as a kid and teen, as an adult made many more. By now the 12 hours you spoke of has passed. Just know you are loved and cared about by your church here on earth. An autism support group may be helpful to cope with the trials of an autistic child. May your local church hold in their prayers and may you feel their support. A parents love for a child is truly soooooo unconditional. Praying for Blessings on all of you…..

Things went well for a bit, but tonight I had to call for police assistance following an action taken by my son. He isn't handling all of this very well. At the moment he is safe and sound, but we still have a hard road ahead.
