My wife just got in a car accident. Someone rammed right into the side of the car. They never even looked before they turned. Her neck hurts and she's wondering if she should go to the hospital. The car is probably totaled but wasn't worth much. The other driver was cited and has insurance but who knows how that will turn out. This is after getting mugged, having a brick thrown through our window etc.

Please pray that we would continue to praise and thank God and accept His permissive will and that God would continue to bring Scripture to mind. (This is why you need to memorize Scripture!!!) And that insurance, possible new car and everything will all get worked out and that we wouldn't worry about it.

I'm trying to be strong for her but I'm coming down off hypomania and am near breakdown point even though I'm doing well spiritually.

Father God, please be with this dear man and his wife. Lord, sometimes it is hard to know how to pray when so much has happened to someone. Your word promises that you are with us always, Lord we trust you top be at work intervening for this family, working out the details of car and insurance. But Father God we also know you care about each hair on our head and that just as important is the emotional toll this is taking. Hide these dear children of yours in the shelter of your wings. Lord meet there needs, let your Holy Spirit intercede on their behalf in ways we cannot begin to imagine they need you. Lord, hold lemonflavor close and restore to him a level place, renew his mind in Christ Jesus. War against the enemy who would try to discourage and overwhelm in all these situation. Lord reach out and battle on behalf of these dear saints. Work a mighty work in their lives at this time.

Thank you for the prayers. My wife's neck isn't as bad as she thought it would be but she will be getting physical therapy that the other person's insurance will pay for. We are praying that this will also help previous chronic neck and upper back problems.

A husband of a friend of my wife's happened to be selling just the type of car we want for a good price, even though we can't really afford a car right now. That's such a blessing because looking for another car would be awful. (The car that got totaled is cheap and not worth much.)

A disability hearing should be coming up in 4-5 months. That would help tremendously.

I'm having terrible problems with early morning waking which for me is worse than insomnia. But doing well spiritually.

Thanks for the updates. Continuing in prayer. Thankful that the neck is not worse, praying that the pt will help with previous issues. Praising God that you foudn another car and praying that the disability hearing will be decided on your behalf! It does indeed make a big difference in many ways! May things settle down in your life!
