Hey Guys,
I'm just asking for prayer for my current situation. I'm going to try to make a long story short here and give you a basic run down of our situation.
When we were married 5.5 years ago we moved out to the boon docks becuase it was cheaper. We bought a REALLY small house that needed/needs some work, We've done a lot, but of course there is always more. We were stupid and refinanced into a Interest only Mortgage 2 years ago. The Interest only portion ends in another year, at that time we had been planning on buying a bigger better house.
Since then we have considered the Idea of Renting out our existing Really Small House, instead of Selling it. It is something that my grandmother became wealthy doing, and a good freind of ours just recently purchased an investment townhome that he is renting out. So we can really see the practical benefits of hanging onto our real estate.
On January the First (HAPPY NEWYEAR) Our House was broken into and robbed. It was really creepy, he/they stole all my wifes jewelery and her ipod and my Xbox and games. No one was home, I was gone for 2 hours, the dogs were locked in there kennel and unharmed. You could tell it was a very quick non violent robbery, so we are thankful for that.
But the end result of that is basically a kick in the pants for us to get out of that house. I'm not going to lie, we basically hate living there, it's too far away from everything, it's small and it's old!
9 days ago I put up the "FOR RENT" signs and we started looking for a house. I ran into a good freind of mine from college in early December, He is now a Real Estate Agent, so we have been using him and he's a great agent for us. The first weekend was very dissappointing for us, becuase the first couple to see the house was extremely nice and we were willing to offer them the house. And we found an awesome house that we reallly really loved for us to move into. But then we got a call from the potential candidates saying they had to back out, they found a different place. And the seller of our property told us they had another offer. So it was like we HAD both ends covered, and then BAM both ends fell through.
Well yesterday was another week, and wouldn't you know it, yesterday we found another couple we would love to rent our house to, and we found another property that we would love to move into. So I am just paranoid right now that everything is going to fall through on us again.
My wife and I are both stressed out to the maximum. And we basically aren't feeling any spiritual guidance leading us right now.
So we could use some prayer for those two things. We want to go where God wants us, and we want to be Stress free.
Before anyone worries too much, Our relationship together is very good, the strongest it has been in our marriage yet, we do know that God uses these trails to grow us together and spiritually, but it's so darn stressful.

Will definitely send prayers up for you that you will feel peace about whatever happens and that everything will go smoothly. I know how stressful just moving can be... and what you guys are dealing with is a hundred times more stressful! Just remember to look at it all as a wonderful adventure.
