Prayer request

[Alive again]

Please pray for wisdom for me as I am tracking multiple tasks and ministry and my health is becoming a challenge. Yes, I know too much can cause me stress and trigger problems. It is not that. I have had a sleep study and discovered that due to porr breathing I have had very frqactured REM sleep for over 10 years at least, thus I have a new cpap mask and due to some anxiety am having trouble adjusting to it. Thus I am exhausted more than usual and I have also had a recurrence of the side effect from my med. Mood is staying okay right now, just a touch lower and a touch more irritable. But my prayer request is for wisdom!!! In my health and what is causing what, so that I can tell if i start to shift moods, too know if to continue this med, or change, to contimue in my diet and lose the last 40 pounds, and to know when to push my anxiety and use the cpap mask and get my sleeping back and when to not push it.

Sorry for the long and confusing note, but thanks for the prayers!!!

am so thankful that God has me in the palm of His hand and promises to answer our prayers for wisdom!!!

PS Never mind that I am going to have to file in small claims court on an injury and am trying to help my son with his ssi claim and have a voc rehab referal myself and my son (also bp) is coming home for a few weeks if not until August. So all prayers are greatly appreciated!!! And am giving advice to a dear friend whose dil was arrested for embezzlement and the other grandma is trying to take custody from her son of the little one year old grandson. Just a snapshot of a few of the things I am tracking and dealing with right now!!! Praise God that we can always turn to him!!!!

Dear Alive again


My daughter had the same breathing problems and had her tonsils and adenoids taken out and never had a problem after that.


We became very concerned when she would take so long between breathes.

Thank you for your continued prayers. I ahve appt tomorrow re my ongoing diet and it's impact on my serum sodium. I am totally exhausted after 500 miles round trip to get my son home for now. Still have noit succeeded in a whole night with the cpapa and seem to just get more an dmore itred! Mood so far doesn't seem to be amy worse than tiredness would explain. Will keeo you posted and thank you so much for your prayers.

Wow. I will pray for you for sure. Stick close to His Word. Let the Truth wash over you and keep you. I pray for wisdom. But also for peace, in Jesus' name.

Update!!!

Had my voc rehab appt today and it went well. It looks like they are willing to pay for my reentry to nursing program and see how much work I can tolerate.

My son is now in my home, looking for a job. Very temporary I hope, but added stress.

No changes with sleep and cpap issues, UGH and the low soduim thing is still hanging out there. But I am back on track with my diet which is exciting. I have 30 lbs left until my goal wt

thank you all for your prayers and I would appreciate any continued prayers fpor peace in my home as my son is also bp and basically homelees and jobless and our budget is over extendign even more with him here, and as I investigate God's will and if I am even able to work any again.
