The most amazing turn of events in my life are just now taking place.
Today, my parents lost their injury settlement, a source for future money for me to go to school. They will appeal or ask for a review, but it will take a lot more time than I have. My job also has cut my hours from 15 to 10 hours per week (after dropping from 40 two weeks ago). There are no jobs in the city where I am, and housing is expensive.
All doors just closed to me going to school. My parents can't afford me to live rent-free, and I either have to find two jobs in two weeks to continue staying (which wouldn't make financial sense for both my parents and me) and all hope for school this spring has just fallen out the window.
I need prayer for God to open the right doors for me to go through, so that I find myself walking in His will.
Three weeks ago I was presented with a job offer in another state. Today I was asked to send in my resume. I ask for your prayers in its consideration, and that God would continue to reassure me that this is in fact his will for my life. For some reason, the doors in this direction have remained opened.
It looks like I am moving to College Station, Texas, April 1st to work for a company doing clerical/data entry type work. I pray for the right circumstances, the right timing, and the right situations if this is in fact His will.
I can hardly believe it myself. The good news is, my grandparents (who live three hours away from College Station) are willing to let me stay with them until I can find a place to move into - which shouldn't be hard because I also just happen to have $1100 back from taxes, so anything is possible at this point. I've never felt so centered at a crossroads. I just ask for your prayers for God's guiding hand to move things along so that I can finally move out and into His plan for my life.
God bless you, and thank you.
in Jesus,
Ryan
