Prayer for a superficial workplace

Unfortunately I am employed at a superficial workplace prioritizes appearances. Which has caused a struggle recently to feel part of the team, and feel secure in the current position. Though the workplace may judge quickly by appearances or shallow standards, I ask for prayer, that true character, diligence, and worth would shine through. Soften the hearts of coworkers and supervisors, that they might see beyond surface impressions and recognize the value that I bring. Where human eyes fail to perceive depth, let GOD's grace create unexpected favor. Amen.

I certainly can pray for what you ask. If I may add that from scripture you are really working for God and whoever is faithful in little will be given much. All the principles in the bible point to promotion from a state of humbleness. The first will be last, the last will be first. The high will be brought low the low will be brought high. I would just trust in God for what he sets in front of you, work in earnest and leave the results to God. Many who do get jammed up in a job, go on to a much better one. My God bless your path and heart in all your pursuits, clothing you with humility and grace in whatever circumstances you find yourself. That you truly are the head and not the tail, an overcomer whose feet are like hinds feet in high places. Many blessings to you.
