I really need some prayers for a friend. She is married and her husband is in the military and is going to be stationed in Japan for a year and she is not allowed to see him at all. They have a 5 month old baby. I just pray for them to get through this terrible situation. I do not know how she will handle it. I am afraid she will become depressed (I know how she is). PLease pray for her to have the strength to get through this. They have a little bit of an unsteady marriage already, I just want them to get through this and strengthen their relationship for themselves and their daughter. Thank you and God bless

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Lord i pray that you keep this relationship strong. lord i pray that you will give the family the love and prtection they need to get through the year. lord i pray that you keep her away from depression. lord i pray that you protect this man that he will be safe in japan. Amen
