When we pray, God is talking directly to us, the need to pray comes from the Father, He is open for a conversation with us, the choice is ours, to pray or not to pray, and remember, God is open for a conversation at any time and in any circumstance.Jesus himself used to pray to the Father, why He needed to pray when He had the most powerful connection with God? The answer is simple, this is the way Father talks with us, and again, He wants a conversation with us.

true.Just quoting lyrics from a song. Our State is 100% christian population state in India and the revival comes after the prayers of early believers. And recently another revival took place, which also is the result of the people of a small village in our State praying for a new revival so,our people take requesting and encouraging fellow believers to pray for the church and the land pretty seriously.
