I know another person's obedience, walk and faith is not accounted to me however, when the brethren and Mary prayed for Peter, the angel miraculously let him out.

I don't have the slightest clue what to do or what to believe any more. Been waiting for the Lord. Need Him so much. I need guidance, help, etc. Actually I need a lot more. HELP!

Hi LJCTAM, Are you a new christian ,[ forgive me if I am wrong]. Peter was a Disciple of Jesus when Jesus asked all the disciples who do you say that I am, Peter answered saying Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God, And Jesus ansswered saying. blessed art thou Simon-Bar-jona; For flesh and Blood has not revealed it unto you, But my Father which is in Heaven.
And I say also unto you. that thou art Peter, and apon this rock, I will build my Church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it
19, And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; ansd whatever you shall bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven; and whatever you shall loose on Earth; shall be loosed in Heaven.
this is Matthew 17: 15-19,
My Bible is the King James version,, all Bibles have this explaination in them but may not have the exact wording. God Bless, and happy reading... Elshevia...

Think that LJCTAM is referring to Acts 12 such as v 5 "Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him. v 12 "And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying."

LJCTAM, praying for you, too.

Bless yer heart, praying that God's steadying hand is upon you and that He grants you wisdom, discernment, clarity and that He ministers to you and encourages you, and that His inexplicable peace fill you, brother in Christ, and beloved son of the Most High God.

Hey Elshevia, new believer for a few years through immense fires. I only mentioned that story - nothing to do with Mary herself, she was just there - because as the beleivers joined together in prayer, Peter was delivered. It was just an example of corporate prayer working.
