  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Please pray for my friend Jymmy Johnson. I love him very much and he is a great guy. He needs some prayers. He has type 1 diabetes and he basically drank himself into a coma. He is in a coma now and not really responding to anyone.

Please pray for me too. This is the second person I love to have been in a coma in the past month. Please pray that the lord will show me the way through all of this.

as a type 1 diabetic myself, I know how important it is to take care of one's self.

I'm praying that he realizes the consequences, as you have already seen on my own prayer. I also pray that he has the strength to take care of himself, because it can be overwhelming at times.
He's very lucky to have a friend like you!!!
