I just had a rather brusk run-in with a customer service representative...He seemed irritated to talk to me, the customer, and actually hung up on me. I sent the company an email about my concerns and called back. He answered and told me I had a sensitivity problem. I told him all I wanted to do was make a return!

Anyway, long story short, I don't know what was his deal today, but God knows what it is. Please pray for him (don't even know his name), but he is in FL at a AC compressor company. All prayers appreciated.

This is not unusual anymore. It is quite sad and it happens just too frequetly. The world really does need lots of prayer...
