I had my intake appointment this afternoon at my new outpatient program. It looks promising. I realized that when the therapist that I will be working with told me that she is also experienced in working with clients who are eating disordered, and that she also has been treated for one. I am eating disordered and have struggled lately with it.

I am also hopeful, because I felt comfortable with her and that is so vital to me.
