It is actually a testimony you give for answered prayer or how God has done something wonderful in your life or the life of someone you know or heard of. It is just giving Him the praise and Glory and thanks that He deserves. It also edifies your brothers and sisters in Christ and boosts their faith. It Blesses the one who shares it as well.

PRAISE REPORT
Look at each word seperately: so
PRAISE:- Means to thankyou, not just to God but anyone. It is good to say thankyou, it shows our appreciation!
REPORT:- Writing, telling or saying something that has happened good or bad.
So PRAISE which is to thank and REPORT which is to tell in one way or another is a PRAISE REPORT.
On this occasion we can thank God that we have been healed or something. So in that sentance thank is Praise, and the being healed is the report.
