*chuckles* My cellphone went off while I was teaching confirmation class. I was embarassed because the children are not suposed to have one on. I don't have mine very long, so I keep forgetting that I carry it with me. Of course they all chuckled. I chuckled with them, and let it ring, and went on with the class. Just when everyone was completely focussed again: beep beep, beep beep... text message comming in. By now my curiosity was on high, but I gave the lesson all to the end, then went down for the concluding prayers, before I checked. My mom gave me the good news, then added: "go light up a candle of thanks giving for me, will you?" And I immediately went. I was just in time in the cathedral before they closed the doors to people entering. Went to the cathedral shop, bought the candle, but the chapel for Our Lady is closed off for now due to a restauration. The man behind the counter knows me though, and just opened it for me. *G* I had time for a few minutes more in adoration in the venerable chapel. Normally I pray the rosary there, or talk to God. Now it just was one litany: thank You, thank You, thank You. I couldn't find any other words to say. I guess He will have understood.
