Praise and worship

Do you want to grow deeper than you have ever before in your relationship with the Lord? Do you want to be filled with a firsthand experience of the manifested glory of God? The way you experience His presence is through your praise and worship.

It must be with enthusiastic, zealous and eager by the strong confidence of people who know that they know their God. We no longer have to be satisfied with yesterday's songs about tomorrow's blessings. We can have the blessings of God right now if we truly know Him and worship with a heart of overflowing with thanksgiving and praise.

Praise is not only singing, clapping your hands and dancing before the Lord, but it is the lifestyle of thanksgiving to God. "Thanksgiving" is more than just a once-a-year event. Thanksgiving should take place every day of your life! It is the natural expression of a heart filled with praise. Every day you should be offering "thanksgiving" unto God for what He has done. If you will make this a lifestyle, it will build your faith and create miracles that glorify God!

AWESOME, AWESOME.

I thank You so much for this. Yes I desire this so much. I have been feeling if the Lord is calling  me to come closer. I do thank him everyday and I stay in the Word. I stay in my classes and I do what God want's me to do. I teach Sunday School and I'm a group leader for children 8-12 yrs. old. I could go on and on. But I'm listening for God to give me want he needs of me.

I give my Lord and Savoir ALL the Praise and Honor EACH and Everyday. Thank God for all of his MERCy and GRACE.

As we grow in Jesus our lifestyle changes, adapts, and grows with us and deepens into a prayerful attitude of Joy and Thanksgiving. As this develops we will also grow stronger in every way because as the Prophet said, "The Joy of the Lord is our strength."

How can we keep from getting excited? We are praising and worshiping almighty God -- the Creator of the universe, the God of salvation. We can't help but get emotional as we express our love to Jesus

Praise and thanksgiving are the greatest weapons at your disposal. They are a two-edged sword on the lips of the army of God. Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." When you choose to praise, you choose life. Praise brings life. Complaining leads to compromise, compromise leads to corruption, and corruption leads to collapse.

Our praise blesses the Lord because it focuses our attention on Him. It is not just the clapping, dancing, and singing that bless the Lord, but the faith-filled words we say that bless Him. Praise and thanksgiving are to be expressed in our homes, on the job and throughout our everyday life.

Yes indeed! God is a NOW God for sure. We not only can have the blessings of God right now, but indeed we do. And if indeed we know our God, we do have a heart overflowing with love, because our God is pure love, and when we are filled with His Spirit, we are filled with love. That love will manifest itself in our lives and actions in direct proportion to our relationship with Him.
