I made myself potato latkes for breakfast this morning. MMMM..... good.

So, what is your recipe?

One I found on the internet;

1/2 a large onion.
7 small yukon gold potatoes
flour--enough so the mixture wasn't too runny
salt to taste
and fried in eevo on a low temp

Blended the onion and potaoes in a blender
used a whisk to stir in flour and salt
