Hi, I recently came out about my porn addiction for the first time last night and I know it is a huge wall in my relationship with Jesus. I am trying to stop but after a week or so, I find myself looking at it again. I would be so blessed by it if you would pray for me and if one or a few of you would message me once a week to see how I'm doing and to hold me accountable. Thank you so much for your prayers and time.

But, I have been delivered.
It was not easy.

Father, I pray Jake will put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-20 every day before he puts on his natural clothes. I pray that he will "eat" Your Word before he eats natural food (Matthew 4:4; Job 23:12; Jeremiah 15:16). I pray that he will dress for battle before the battle, as a soldier or SWAT team does. I pray that he will experience victory in this way; victory over the devil, temptation, the flesh, etc. You have provided us the way of victory; so may we use it. May we be as serious about the invisible, spiritual battle, as we would be if we could see it with our natural eyes. Amen.

it is written all things are possible to them that believe. Sin if we know Christ as lord..has NO MORE hold on us. Its a LIE! No sin has ANY right to HOLD on or keep us in bondage unless we allow it. I KNOW it SEEMS some sins have a really good hold on us. But we walk by faith not sight or how we feel.

So.. when things start to creep in.. take a cold shower.. go for a walk..or run lol. See greater is HE that is in you then he thats in the world. Jesus said.. behold I give YOU power.......and over all the power of the enemy and NOTHING shall by any means hurt you. You HAVE the power within you NOW to brake this chain in JESUS name. To have new desires and thoughts. Read Psa 4.. read it every night.

Know that.. I am not saying things that sound good. I speak of only what I KNOW....yeah..you have REALLY been set free in JESUS name. He NEVER EVER makes a mistake! The enemy has just lied to you....yeah.. you DONT have to keep this thing.. it has NO RIGHTS! JESUS paid it ALL! Praise GOD glory to JESUS! .. in JESUS name

Guide Him to safety, and show him how to pray and what actions to take as You disentangle him from the enemy's snare. Let him see the victory he already has in You. Raise up the people he has asked for to support him through this.

Best way is to nip it in the bud. as soon as you get the urge or lustful thoughts, rebuke it in Jesus name and surround yourself in prayer and praise music. Getting free from it is a process so don't give up if you find your path to freedom a bit bumpy.
