CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I really only got to talk to one of them. The other got interested in getting a sausage.
The one I spoke to did not pass. He was pretty honest, and had lied, stolen, blasphemed and he had murder in his heart.
The great thing about going out into the public and sharing the Gospel is that you end up having amazing stories. These stories can give you joy in themselves. Most people wake up in the morning, go to work and then come home and watch TV the finally go to bed. This is rather mundane and repetitive. But if you do go out and share the Gospel, you meet all sorts of people. Kids, adults, teenagers, police, angry people, thankful people, thieves, liars, murders, adulterers. Assorts. This can make your life more exciting more fulfilled than those that do not do the great commision.
I love to encourage those that do not share the Gospel by telling them these stories.
If we do not take the chance and go out there and share the Gospel, we are missing out on a great blessing that God gives those who share the Good News.
There is a blessing in sharing the Good New. A blessing where life has meaning and excitement.

That's great!!!! And I totally, agree. I was at the Indy 500 Parade and Race with some others open-air preaching and having one-on-ones and it really does provide joy, we just have to get past the fear and the pushback that we'll get, but Jesus told us that would happen.
