  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I haven't heard them since I heard they dropped two members and added three more or something like that... Free to Fly is the last CD of theirs I got.

POG's music got me through a rough time... always made feel close to God too. Sometimes I think I'd be better off if I still listened to stuff like that.

I recently heard about the group.

I haven't bought much new in the last 20 years.
I did buy Mike W. Smith's second 10 years.

I like most musical styles but especially like Sandi Patti and Twila Paris and southern gospel in general.

Any suggestion as to which Point of Grace CD I should pick up?

I really enjoy their music. So what if one of them smokes? I mean I don't and it's not good for you but we all have things we struggle with right? Both of my parents love the Lord and smoke...I try to get them to quit all the time(besides the point) any hoo...how do you know it isn't just a rumor? I will quit rambling now Sorry (one of my many struggles is the tendency to ramble )
