i dont know what to do... please somebody help
i dont kno how to describe this well, but i just keep feeling like this darkness is seeping into my life, and taking over and i cant stop it.. the urges are more frequent and for more severe SI.. im trying to describe it without being triggering.. but it just feels like this presence, this.. darkness, is hovering with me.. i dont know what to do.. i just SIed again, and i just feel helpless in all of this

Many of us have been where you are right now before. I can pinpoint those feelings in myself at times. Distraction works best. I enthrall myself into a task, give yourself a project, devote an hour or two so something you need to get done. you can get through.

Whats helped me is no matter what, keep going to church & putting your self around the people who love you. Friends & if for you, you have a nice family then them too. Who ever you would go out with & have fun being around.

Dear brokenwings. Please know that you are not alone. Not tonight. Not during your struggle and not with your struggle. The Lord is there although you cannot feel him. And there are so many of us that have been in the same place at one point or another.

Is there anyone you can talk to? A friend? You can PM me anytime? I have been and still struggle w/ SI urges. I know this might sound totally dumb but yesterday I just started breaking pencils until i felt better.

Please know there are other alternatives. And you are so very valuable and dearly loved. Please don't hurt yourself anymore than you already have.

im doing better now... i am past my episode from that day, and hoping another one doesnt come for a long time

Try talking to someone who is a Christian that you trust. Ask them to pray a spirit of protection around you.
