Please pray that the LORD would guide me

My Grandma has been home for a month now and Praise God she's been improving .She's able to mover her right hand and slightly move her right leg.She needs physical therapy to help her gain more mobility (God willing). The choice I face is putting her back in a convalescent hospital Which I really don't want to do)to get her therapy or finding an outpatient facility that she could go to while remaining home.Please pray that the LORD would guide me as to which path to take,and that if she does have to go back that she wouldn't have to be there long because I know she doesn't like hospitals and she won't want to stay there long.Also please pray that my walk with the LORD would be strengthened and that any hindrances would be removed so that I might hear Him better and serve Him better .His will be done .In Jesus Name
