Please pray for my kitten

I don't think I have ever done a prayer request before but I really really need one right now. I sit here in tears as I write this.

My kitten (about 11 months old) had a routine desexing yesterday and the vet found that she had been pregnant in the past (she was a stray) and had aborted it, which caused an infection in her uturus. She is on anti-biotics at the moment and I am supposed to call the vet on Monday/Tuesday to let him know if she is eating and drinking properly. So far, she has been eating and drinking okay, but I am really upset because I know the infection (which has a proper name) can be fatal.

I rang the vet and asked him if he knew how bad it was and he said he couldn't tell me if she was going to live or die (obviously I guess he doesn't want to speculate because he doesn't know himself). He did say that he was sure she would be fine and told me to stop worrying so much. It was a bit of a reassurance, but I'm still sad when I see my poor kitten.

Sorry this is so long. Please could you pray for my kitten? Her name is Puddy (Tat). I hope I am over-reacting, I don't want to lose her.

Hey hun! I'm praying for your kitten! I pray God will bring her through this. I can understand how you are upset. I am a big cat lover myself and when one of my cat's died a few weeks ago, it upset me so much. Animals have a way of coming into our hearts. I hope she gets better. Keep us posted!! I was woken by Puddy bounding up to me and giving me a morning "REOW!" like she used to do. She's been quite active so far today, and so I am confident she is recovering. Please keep the prayers going, thankyou so much
