Friends and Brethern,

I come humbly ask you're prayers. I had to make a major decision to part fellowship with my home Church, due to some personal issues that I simply won't drag onto the internet. I've also made some major decisions regarding my entering into the ministry. Please, pray for me, as there are some who are quite upset that I decided to do these things. and I pray for the Lord's pretection in this matter. and that the Lord would lead me to another Bible-Believing Church. (Non-Pentecostal)

been there , done that...
spent 42 years as a Roman Catholic , decided to become a Protestant Word of Faith member to learn about the word of God , understand the evangelical message I was hearing , to test and see if , in fact there was some thing I had been missing ...

Is there a sense of peace in your decision within you ?
Is there fruit in your new affiliation ( Philippians 4.8 )?

Make a decision , take a step , do it properly , so if you have to return either as a minister or a member , you have not burned any bridges on your end .

Pray , listen , hear , & do the will of God for your life , each day

Being called to serve is a tough call and you are right to spend time discerning Gods will in this.

If God is behind this He will confirm in many 'God incident' ways.

In case it could help you there's a rule I teach in school about discerning God's Will. If it leads you to greater Faith, Charity and Hope it is from heaven, if it leads to anger, fear, despair, hate or indiference then it is from the guy with the big fork.
