Hi everyone! Thank you soo much for takin the time to read this.I am still new to this... but I wanted to say that my girlfriend's friend and girlfriend's ex died last night in a car reck. he was with his little brother, he seems to be ok. My girlfriend is still sort of out of it trying to take it in, her family is crying hard though. I am states away from it all visiting my family. I wanted to ask you all if you all can please pray for her and the young man's family. God bless you all and thank you all so much!!!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thank You for Your promise that mourners will be comforted.
Jesus, I ask for that the knowledge and comfort of Your presence will be with all who have been touched by this devastating accident. You alone know how much they are hurting at this time, and You alone can heal their pain. Please, Lord; bind up these broken-hearted people in Your compassion and love.
