Please pray for a close friend

I have a friend who lost her Dad to cancer about a year ago. Recently her Mum has been diagnosed too. There is a "slim chance" that her Mum will recover, but until then please could I just have the reassurance of your prayers for her and her Mum? Its times like these that we often feel like we are totally helpless in the world. I am a firm believer in the power of prayer, and God if you are listening right now, I know that you can heal her Mum.

I will be praying. I lost my father to cancer about 16 years ago, so I can sympathize with what she is feeling. Please keep us updated on her. And remind her that with Christ all things are possible. I don't know what His plans are, but I just pray that she will draw close to Him for care and comfort. And I will ask God to touch her mother with His healing hands.
