Please help us with the pictures

Hi everybody

Am totally new here. I'm from Ukraine.

Our church is going to have a conference in September. So we decided to decorate our building.
One of our ideas was to make a picture gallery. For this puprose we need pictures representing righteousness.
Would you please recommend something?
Maybe there is any information about internet resources containing images
that could be printed in A4 format with a good quality.
Besides we are looking for a pictrure of a little baby held by his father.

Righteousness visualized. Tough job!

I'd start by checking out dictionary definitions of the word. Then move on to the thesaurus for similar words. From there, start mentally painting images using the words you found. This is what I do as an artist when tasked with a theme like this. You can ask for starters, but ultimately it's got to be driven by an artist.

Oh whoops, also pray for guidance. My mother silkscreens a Christmas card design every year. Beforehand, she prays and reads the Bible for inspiration. She has made some amazingly insightful and beautiful Christmas cards. They tend to be somewhat abstract (2D compositional shape-forms), but with a strong visual that ties in with the theme (like "righteousness") and selected passage very well.

Here's my 5 minute attempt:

Righteousness.

Puffy white cloud

Taught steel cable going straight up, joining ground with something in the air (possibly out of view)

Pure white bedsheet on clothesline in summer sunshine, billowing in the wind, blue sky behind, no ground shown

A perfect flower (no disease or imperfections)

A perfect circle (Michaelangelo theorized that a man could not draw a perfect circle free-hand)

A perfect circle found in nature (soap bubble, Earth, ripple)

A sword (the Bible is a sword, swords stand for virtue, righteousness)



I dunno, girl. I could keep going for a bit. I hope this helps! Don't forget to pray. Post some examples once you've shot them!
