I'm not Catholic but anger isn't just for Catholics anyway.... it's tough either way!
But you're telling your brain to continue with the anger chemicals by saying you "can't get out of it". Talk to God, and tell yourself that you CAN get through this, you CAN get over this.... whatever you have taken personally--even if it was a personal attack upon you..
