  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I dreamt that I saw about 2 or 3 groups of persons in Toronto. They looked Middle Eastern but I am not sure. One of them was saying to these groups, that he is going to put up a picture of a female beside the family to prove they were related, because apparently there was uncertainty of who she is really related to within the group. Then he said that this particular female has disrespected her mother and the family and brought shame on them and that they were going to behead this female. I felt they were talking about me, in real life I am adopted, and I (my alter) do not know my biological family.

Then later on after pondering about this, I dreamt I saw a cartoon showing a man (he looks like he is from India, Pakistan) who was beheaded and somebody was holding his head in his hand. The man that was beheaded was wearing a red and white stripe t shirt.

Doesn't mean it was necessarily about you, Waves. Red and white are the colors of the Canadian flag, so this is likely simply a dream about things that may come to Canada some day.

But pray to the Lord often and always. You don't want to be thinking negatively and fearfully all the time. This is opposite of the commandments He has given us to keep (Philippians 4:8; 2 Timothy 1:7).
