Premiers this evening. Anyone planning on watching? It looks a bit like Survivor with a twist. Might be interesting. I'll give it a try and see if it's worth sticking with.

Yes!!! I saw Lil Rupert!!! As soon as I saw him I thought of Rupert.

Did anyone else think that the guy who got "voted out" (I don't know what to call it!) looked a bit like Chris Angel "Mindfreak"? That's what I kept calling him.

It was an okay show. We'll probably watch every week...

Yeah he did look like Chris Angel. He was so strange -- I don't think I've ever seen a "Scientist / Exotic Dancer" before, what a combination!

I agree on the Rupert thing! The guy that got voted out was very strange. Even though he is the one that caused the team to win, he was just too arrogant. He should have been a bit more humble. I do not like the captain. I don't think he'll last long if his behaviour continues.

OK...I hate that the Captain's team won!! I so want there to be a new cap'n...Seems like they will always have the upper hand though because 3 of them get to eat good..and don't mention mutiny or else ya get sent home!!! I suspect if the Cap'n ever does lose, he will probably get the black spot and be sent packin'!!! I can't wait!!!

Oh, and the captain give the cook get any monetary reward? If not, just getting to eat good is well worth it!!

Oh I know, I can't stand that captain, and I was so disappointed when his team won. I think they would have lost if the one girl hadn't hurt her knee so badly.

I can't figure out how they went from, "We have to mutiny" to not one mutiny card being played.

They are moving the show to, I think, Tuesday nights in July to make way for Big Brother 8. July 5, when BB8 premieres, Pirate Master will be on after it at 9:00, but then the next week it moves to the new day.

I'm not sure if that shows they don't have confidence in the show, or if it's just a scheduling issue.

I bet it was scheduling. It filled the Survivor time slot until BB and then hopefully will have buitl enough of a following for the move.

I'm enjoying Pirate Master. Its decent for when they're nothing else on. I really like Azmeth (except for his fake accent) and Louie. The woman all seem like window dressing - no one really steppin' up to take the lead.

Azmeth just gets stranger and stranger for me. I hated to see the last guy, joe don? get voted off. I think the women will make their move if they can win a challenge and get Azmeth out as captain. Its not as good as survivor but its better then some of the other stuff on.

my fam and I are addicted to this show~ LOVE it. Azmeth..he drives me NUTS! DUMB move to get rid of Joe Don. COME on girls..smarten up...and yes, Louis..got to love him. SO much like Rupert.
