Picture This for reps

ok all this is a reps GAME. so therefor there are a few rules (guidelines) to go by when playing this game.

the idea of the game is that I will give a word, phrase, or topic and I would like for you to post a picture of what that topic would look like to you, or your best graphic image of this topic. kind of like word associations and pictionary combined.

I will offer 30 reps to the game total per day, one per person according to the following rules.....

• 1) I give a 'word/phrase/topic' {WTP Post} of the day at the beginning of a new series of 20 images.
• 2) each participant 'buys in' to the game by repping the WTP Post when posting your image of the day. (because the more reps I get increases my rep power back to you all and I am not going to be able to participate in other reps threads if giving most of my reps out here.)
• 3) only one entry per person per WTP Post/per day.
• 4) at the beginning of your post please copy and paste the WTP (not the entire post just the word phrase or topic that is currently being played.
• 5) follow this by the number that you are for the day (ie if you are the 5th one to post after the WTP Post you are number 5 for the day)
• 6) post your image (and please do not duplicate images that have already posted for this topic/this day as they will be awarded prizes according to my favorites and no ties will be awarded for duplicate posts)

And as this is a game there ought to be a winner or more specifically a first, second, and third place winner. Accordingly I will at the conclusion of the first day begin a second thread for winners to receive additional reps. My favorite picture of the 20 will receive 5 additional reps, second place will receive 3 additional reps and third place will recieve 2 additional rep per day on the winners thread where the winners will be announced. I will add a link here to the winners thread for each of the winners to post one, two or three times to receive thier additional reps. These reps will account for the additional 5 reps that I will offer to this thread alone, totalling 30 given to the participants of this game each day until the conclusion of the game (date unkown maybe it will go on forever who knows).

I know it seems like a lot to say but it is really simple once you see how it works....here is an example of how the first WTP Post plus 5 posts may look like.............

as you can see it does not have to be an EXACT match to the word or phrase...it is what you associate with the WTP Post in a picture form.

at the end of each day I will rep the 20 different posters, announce the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners - both here and on the winners thread, and give the next WTP Post at which time you can reenter the game and post again - once per day.


Please again in summary......

• rep the WTP Post for that day
• copy the WTP (word/phrase/topic) of the day into your post
• give the number poster you are so we know when we reach 20 for that day
• post your picture.

I hope eveyone enjoys the game and the pretty images. If you do not know how to insert a picture and would like to join the game please PM me and I will get back to you ASAP with a 'how to' as best I can esplain. the easiest way to do this is to have a Photobucket account (which you can get for free) and to use the little yellow insert image button above the text box when posting. I think most people here do know how to post a picture so I hope no one feels left out, again if you do not please PM me for instuctions. If you are unable to post images yet (becase you have less than 100 posts I may suggest that you build your post count up in the numbers game area and come back and join us when you do)
