Okay, we've just appointed a Supervisor over each Forum Category here at CF.
The Supervisor will not do any direct moderation (usually). They will be in charge of appointing and managing the Senior Moderators and Moderators, who will be doing the moderation.
Senior Mods and Mods cannot warn, suspend or ban - if they wish to do so, they need to contact the Supervisor - only Supervisors can warn, suspend or ban.
Any such action by a Supervisor when appealed will go to the Administrator of the Staff Team.
We hope that this better organisation of moderation and accountability will mean a better site for all concerned.
