Anyone who is unashamedly obsessed and in love with that beautiful masterpiece that is The Phantom of the Opera? Has anyone here read the book and fallen deeply in love with Erik?

Well from a male's perspective I really enjoyed it. I've only seen it once and I wouldn't mind seeing it again and I loved the movie (seen it 4 times) so yeah I enjoyed it.

How obsessed are you?

To me:
1) I watch the show life in Hong Kong for 2 times, in UK 3-4 times, in SanFransico 1-2 times and in NY 1 time. Very very costly for me to watch each time but it's worth every penny.

2) I have listened to the Original Cast CD for over 600 times or more from the beginning to the end.

3) For the Original Cast CD, I have had the German made(2 sets, one "uncut" i.e. the songs were not seperated), Japan made(gold plated special version) and the newest European made 20bits(or 24bits) versions.

4) I also bought the sound track of the current production(but very disappointing and could never finish listening)

5) I have bought the books too.

That would be me! I love the book The Phantom of the Opera and ive seen it on Broadway three times. The book is great!
