Personal testimony

Hello.
Growing up in atheism, then as a student encountering the Christian faith. My introduction and guide until today to spirituality. Even though I think not all information in the Bible is good and it can be confusing and it’s missing important information, I find so much truth and beauty in the Bible and Christianity. I was changed by the Bible, its ideas have affected and influenced me more than any other book or ideology. In my essence, I’m probably more Christian that anything. Jesus’ personality and words deeply resonate within my soul. I appreciate the Bible, all the people who wrote and conserved it over the ages. How many times its words supported and comforted me during hard times and still do. It’s a gemstone. I don’t accept any religious teachings as I see all of them to be so limited and gravely mistaken in some areas. The person of Jesus Christ still shines so powerful and bright, clearing out all darkness. Nothing can change that. It’s amazing and wonderful.
