Hi Mike, Perry comes to our church a few times a year...He was just there a few weeks ago...He's always been a very good end-times prophetic teacher for years, however, the last time at our church he was wanting to share about some Hebraic roots teaching in which he mentioned several times while he was doing his normal teaching on prophetic events but he stayed on topic...He kept saying, next time...I hope he doesn't get into that and I pray that I misunderstood him...Time will tell...John Hagee plays around with it some, along with Morris Cerrillo...Morris is always sending me stuff about his ministry...The last flyer I got from him was all about prayer shaws and annual feasts, and the flyer showed him and his wife wearing one and of course, he was selling them for his ministry support...Larry Huch is deep into that teaching of prayer shaws, annual feasts, etc...I received a book from Huch's through Daystar ministries and read it and ended up throwing it away...All about Hebraic roots mixed with christianity...Haven't checked out Perry Stone's site lately but he is to be watched...We really have to keep on our discernment cap on and be cautious in all of them...I hope this helps some, Mike...

Sounds good Harry, I am always wary of the church trying to be Jews and using shofars and shawls and such, I tried to get some teaching from Perry Stones website to check it out but he doesn't sell outside the US and Canada...

I know Perry Stone as a Hebraic roots teacher ~ he is not trying to make the church Jewish! He is trying to get us to understand the fullness of God's plan. I like his teaching. IT is interesting & shows an amazing God who has everything in His grasp down to the smallest jot & tittle. When the festivals are considered in the light of the gospel they reveal so much of God's love & purpose they are like rare & precious jewels & add so much depth to our understanding of what God has done for us in Christ.

OK, I'm a bit of an anomally. I am actually in a Rhema bible school out here ~ which is WoF, which is where the Lord sent me. I'm not sure I understand all the doctrine but quite a lot of it sits nicely with my Quaker roots.

Quite a lot of what Stone teaches is very much from an understand it & claim it perspective. He has a number of books available where it is possible to see how WoF fits in with his understanding of Judaism. Or that's how I see it. I do not think the 2 clash ~ but then doctrine is not my strong suite...

Yahweh said for the feasts of the Lord to be observed forever (2Ch 2:4 ) . WOF usually means taking Yahweh at His Word.

You wouldn't know that while Yeshua was on earth, He was Jewish according to some believers.

I understand that, my question was is he doing it correctly or in line with WoF teaching or is he off the wall because not all people who quote the Hebrew is teaching in line with the word of God.

He's got a lot of videos on youtube you can watch for free if that helps.

I would consider him to be A sound teacher very deep into Hebrewic meaning, and symbolism in prophetsy . And when he gets going he can throw down some good preaching. As far as WOF I have not known him to speak against it, nor to teach out side of our beliefs. But I do not follow him and truly know his stand on WOF. Ok past 2 am I'm starting to ramble.
