This week on PBS Frontline: Ghosts of Rwanda (800,000 people killed in genocide), the head of the peace keepers, a general, a common man, not particularly religious, decribes how people transformed into non-humans. When looking in their eyes it felt like looking into "evil," a vast darkness beyond boundaries of physical form. His words are powerfully emotional and eloquent. He did not know whether he should "negotiate with evil" or kill them on the spot.
