I regularly use a variety of public and private computers in addition to my own PC.

On my PC the passwords are saved so that I do not have to go through the login procedure.

On public and other computers I have to remember the login username and password. (I keep them on a excel spreadsheet on my memory stick.) I find this tedious and if I am visiting a number of sites time consuming.

Anyone know of any program that I can load onto a memory stick from my PC that I can plug into the public PC that will allow me to bypass the login on the sites I use?

I use LastPass, which syncs across browsers and machines, and I have been very happy with it. They have an offline Pocket edition which can go on a USB stick, or you can put a portable browser on the USB stick and install LastPass Portable onto it, I think as an extension. Details: https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/lastpass-on-the-go-2/#LastPass+Portable

KeePass also has a portable edition, and is free and open source. I didn't find this as easy to use as LastPass. Downloads - KeePass

I used to use RoboForm, which also has a portable now, but stopped when I didn't feel a change in their update policy was right. It is not free.
