Noone pays more than 1 grand for a prostitute, and that's a very high end one. It doesn't even seem possible to stuff 60 K cash into a hotel safe. They're not that big, and dollar bills do take up space. Heck, P.O.D. doesn't even make enough money to carry around $60,000. Yen, maybe, but not dollars. If they did this so easily, it wouldn't be an isolated incident, and the more a celebrity does this sort of thing, the more likely it is to end up in gossip-mags or even actual news. That we don't even hear anything in the news of bad behavior of P.O.D. (and news of bad behavior of a Christian band would make money, so it would air) hasn't shown is another indication that this probably didn't happen. Endzone, I get the impression that you just want something to set yourself above the youngins, some sort of dharma to 'educate' us, some sort of gnosis about the actions of bands that you seem ready to believe bad stuff about because you simply don't care for the genre of music they belong to. I'm sorry, but saying that a particular arrangment of musical notes is somehow demonic in and of itself, regardless of the performers, lyrics, or the interpretation, feeling, and mindset of the listener is absolutely superstitious. It's music, just like country, just like classical, just like conga. You may not like it, but whup-dee-doo -- you don't to. I'm only 20, but one thing I've learned is to never go along stories that begin with "well, I heard from a friend with loose morals of a friend," especially over the internet. You probably be honest here, your friend might even be honest, but his word is no proof and the word of a prostitute is even less.
