Ovulation cramping?

I posted this in trying to conceive section and got no responses.
Do any of you experience ovulation cramping? If so for about how long?

I usually do and I read the other day that it can last as long as 1 minute to 48 hours. I've been having the ovulation cramping for about 4 days now. It did go away a couple days ago but came back, only on left side, and it's more of an ache right now than a cramp. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

The discomfort has mostly subsided today. My boo bs have been sore for about a week and I've been real tired and am bloated. Not due to start my period for another week. Actually never really know the exact day I'm due because my cycle is still regulating after getting implenon implant taken out. Last month it was about a 25 day cycle. The months before it was a 21 day cycle.

Wrong.. the ache is there again on my left side lol.

YES! I get ovulation cramping as well. It's not like period cramps though, its a dull ache instead.
