Overseas Study Prayer Request

Hi All,

My name is Darin Smith, and I am a college student in the Midwest that has the opportunity to study Spanish in Guadalajara, Mexico this summer for ten weeks. Though I will be in class from about 8-Noon everyday, I believe the Lord has called me to do mission work on the side as much as my Spanish will allow me to do.


So here is what needs prayer, if you feel led to pray:

1. For money to be there when it is due;
2. For people's hearts to be open to the Gospel down there;
3. For my safety and understanding of the language.

I pray that He will give you the wisdom you need and the right words to say at the right time. I pray that you will be sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit and be responsive to what God tells you to do.
