Overcoming

[Broken Fence]

The ability to overcome evil by Jesus is an amazing ability. I recently just came to the realization that Jesus wants us to use His authority to overcome all the obstacles in our life, that is keeping us from achieving what His perfect will for us is.

This realization has given me a new hope that maybe I really can overcome the enemy that attacks me. I am excited to watch and observe how Jesus through the power of His Holy Spirit is going to accomplish this.

This is a poem The Lord gave me several years ago

Proclaim the Name

I charge you this day
To proclaim the Name of Jesus
I charge you this day
To go before people and say

I love The Lord Jesus Christ
He has redeemed my soul
He is my keeper
He hath given me a place to go

I know that Jesus Christ
Is the Son of God
He will not let me fall
But He will lead me hand in hand
To His promise land

So stand firm in the faith
Against the principalities of darkness
And the world so numb
Raise your hands and praise The Lord
For one day He shall come

Knowing that my enemies will have to bypass Jesus 1st, if ever they are going to get to me is simply reassuring.

Amen to that, I totally agree the enemy had me on the run for awhile. Now I am like Jesus said I can overcome you. The Lord rebuke you!
