  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I dont think so, because they do not believe in the Trinity and they also avoid language that avoids any suggestion of divine procreation (so my comparative anthology of sacred texts tells me, anyway.)
Hmm, that's kind of odd. They believe that Jesus is a man sent by God, but when Jesus delievers them a message of how they should pray, they ignore it.

Their ideas about who Jesus is are not taken from the Gospels, but from the Qu'ran, so that they would not consider what the Gospels say about how we should pray as coming from God. The Qu'ran contains stories about Jesus and speaks of Him but clearly denies His divinity and that He is the Son of God.

Mohammad's experience with Christianity came from a heretical sect which espoused Mary as the third person in the Trinity, instead of the Holy Spirit. Muslims pray to God the Father, who is the God of Abraham (Ibrahim to them). They believe incorrect things about God, but Allah and Yahweh are the same. If Jews worship the same God we do, then so do Muslims.
