OT: What religion is this?

So, a few weeks ago, I was cashiering at Target.

There was a lady wearing all white, with a white cap on her head.

Is it Jewish? Mennonite/Anabaptist? Another sect?

I'm just curious, because I love learning about world religions.

Perhaps! I just looked up the outfit, and it meets the description.

She was white, though.

I immediately thought Jewish, as we have a conservative and reform synagogue in my city, with only one Rabbi. But, I was probably wrong.

Fun fact: It's my understanding Santeria, Hoodoo, and Voodoo are all heavily influenced by Catholicism, and many of them self-identity as Catholic. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Nope. I've seen many Mennonites come into the store, and it wasn't like that.

Maybe. I've seen a few Sikh men throughout the city, and obviously many Muslims. Jains are a very small minority, so she might have been Jain. She wasn't southeast Asian, though.

I think it was probably Santería. It did not sound like a follower of Jainism.

I wear black every day. I can probably count on one hand the amount of clothing I own that is not black. Why? Not for religious reasons. Just seems like the thing to do. I want to simplify my wardrobe, and you can wear black to anything.
