He never loses his cool in battle.
He usually uses the sword on his left hip, because the sword on his right hip was his father's, and his father killed many people with the sword.
He gained the title "Fiend of Purity" because of his master swordsmanship, but also because of the fact that he's never killed anyone.

Family: a brother and two sisters. father & mother(mother died while giving birth to the fourth child)
History: Born with three younger siblings under an abusive father, he was constantly hit and bruised. This constant abuse almost drove him to suicide, but then he was stopped by his sister, who convinced him to run away instead to seek out help.
By this time, Orrifice was 9 years old, and had been trained by his father to be an exceptional swordsman. He made a living by doing odd jobs and every once in awhile acting as a mercenary or bodyguard. for about a year and a half, he trained and worked, planning one day to return to his father and kill him, freeing his other siblings.
Finally, at age ten, Orrifice felt that he had supassed his father. He snuck into the house and stole his father's sword. He ran out to the shack in the back (where his siblings slept).
Orrifice was surprised to find his father waitng for him in the back room. None of his siblings were there, but there was a bit of blood on the floor. Orrifice screamed at his father, asking questions and scolding him at the same time. Orrifice's father replied to none of them, after Orrifice's screaming stopped, he lunged at his father, his father kicked him across the room and took a look at his sword and Orrifice's.
He said that Orrifice had dulled his sword, his father asked if he had planned to steal his father's sword to kill him from the beginning. Orrifice hesitated, then said that even though he told himself over and over that he was going to kill his father, he really didn't want to, because killing wasn't right and that if he'd killed him he'd have been doing exactly what his father wanted.
His father laughed at Orrifice's choice not to kill, he called him weak and said that he can keep his sword dull and just take his father's sword, so that if he ever killed someone, he could blame it on his father so he wouldn't have to get his weak hands dirty.
Orrifice looked into his father's eyes and asked where his siblings were. His father said he didn't know because they had run away. Orrifice smiled and his father kicked him in the face, knocking him unconsious.
