This is a fundamental doctrine as to why Jesus came to earth, the fact we are born into sin from birth.
Psalm 54 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
This verse is talking about our sin nature and not the sinful nature of his birth that he was born out of wedlock because that sort of thing was culturally anathema to Jews, but also David was one of the youngest children so there is no was all those children could David had been illegitimate and yet suitable to be King and part of the line of Christ. But from that great Psalm about forgiveness is the fact that even when we sin against our fellow humans, our sins are a direct affront to God and that is why we need a great saviour, because every human is in this position except for Christ, since he was born of the Holy Ghost.
