That's my point.  Lack of proper discipline in schools has led to this type of scenario.  If those kids knew that the consequences of such actions would be a good solid fanny paddling maybe they would think twice before acting up like that again.

 

"Then mommy and daddy should have to figure out what they are going to do with their "little angel", now that he is stuck at home and not receiving an education."

This Mommy and daddy are probably the same ones who do Junior's homework for him, too.  And will probably sue the school when he brings home a bad grade.
