Opinion of FPS Games

There's nothing I like more as a bit of stress relief than to blast aliens away in my favourite FPS Game, Sauerbraten. As a new Christian, I have just asked myself how shooting and killing (albeit aliens) in a computer game fits into my new way of life?

I play Battlefield 1943 online a lot and many other FPSs, some though I will not play.

Personally, I would say it's OK. Remember -> Christians need to insulate themselves from secular society, not isolate themselves. An FPS every now and then isn't horrible.

Bulletstorm is a new FPS that feels like a completely fresh entry to the genre. Anyone who likes silly, over-the-top sci-fi storylines with hilarious and quirky gameplay should check it out. Made by Epic Games, and almost feels like "Gears" in the form of an FPS.

I personally don't like most Fps'.
Mostly from the fact that I can't aim worth anything.
I will play some like Resident Evil or games that have more puzzle attributes to it then Fps.
Like Penumbra or Portal.

I used to be really into FPS games. However, they got old fast for me. They just arent entertaining after a while IMO. Still enjoy Valve's titles though.
